Ananda launches new Wellness Bliss online programme

For those of you who are missing personal facetime with health experts and traveling to wellness retreats, the new Ananda Wellness Bliss programme brings many benefits of visiting the award-winning spa directly to you (at a fraction of the cost). The new Ananda Wellness Bliss* package includes two in-depth Ayurvedic consultations and 12 individual yoga or meditation classes with one of Ananda’s expert teachers. During the Ayurvedic consultations, an Ayurvedic Physician reviews mental, physical, and emotional health to assess your body type (dosha) and current imbalances. This information is used to prepare a bespoke programme of diet and activities, to help restore energy, balance and peace.

During the private Yoga Assessments and subsequent guided sessions, clients can choose to focus on Hatha Yoga, Meditation or Pranayama (breathing) - or a combination. Each is tailored to individual level, goals and specific conditions, and the instructor provides guidance and adjustments. 

Shorter programmes, individual Ayurvedic consultations, yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group classes are also available. All the sessions are conducted online and vouchers are valid for three months.
